Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and CNQR Media FZCO (Dubai, United Arab Emirates), the operator of MNTOR. By creating an account or using mntor.co and its subdomains, you accept them. If you use MNTOR on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

MNTOR is software for running a coaching business: programs, client portals, applications, follow-ups, contracts, and payments. The coaching itself — its content, promises, quality, and outcomes — is entirely between the coach and their clients. MNTOR is not a party to any agreement between a coach and their clients, including contracts signed through the platform, and we do not guarantee any coaching outcome.

You must provide accurate information and keep access to your email account secure — sign-in links sent to your email are keys to your account. Coaches are responsible for what happens in their workspace, including content they publish, messages sent through the platform on their behalf, and the people they invite.

Coach plans are billed by subscription: 399 USD per month or 3,990 USD per year, unless a different arrangement applies to your account. New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial with a card on file; when the trial ends, the card is charged automatically — we email you before that happens. You can cancel any time from Settings → Plan; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and no further charges are made. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice, effective from your next billing period.

Coaches connect their own Stripe account; client payments go directly to the coach's Stripe account and are governed by Stripe's terms. MNTOR does not hold client funds. Refunds to a coach's clients are the coach's decision and responsibility.

Coaches own their content, their brand, and their client relationships. You grant us only the licence needed to host, display, and transmit your content to operate the service. We may remove content that is unlawful or violates these terms.

Don't use MNTOR to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam or deceptive communications, distribute malware, attempt to breach the platform's security or other workspaces' data, or misrepresent who you are. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

We aim for high availability but MNTOR is provided “as is” without uptime guarantees. We continuously improve the product and may add, change, or retire features. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may stop using MNTOR and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or legal necessity. On termination, sections that by nature survive (content ownership, liability limits, governing law) continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
